INFORMATIVE NOTE ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DETAILS AND CONSENT TO THEIR TREATMENT (D. LGS. 196/2003)
Dear User,
with reference to the D. Lgs. 30 june 2003, n. 196 and GDPR, with dispositions as regards as protection of personal details, Nadalon Emanuele informs You, in your capacity as a concerned party, that the personal details, voluntarily supplied by You (hereinafter, “P.D.”) during the Contact Form filling in, in the site www.dalalon.it, will be treated as follows.
1) PROCESSING AND CONTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL DETAILS
If you carry on an entertainment career in general and music in particular, you can contact Nadalon Emanuele, filling the form online with the data provided therein and with a message indicating the reasons for your request.
The provision of the following data: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, is required to take advantage of the dedicated service; the partial or incorrect entry of the above mentioned data, makes impossible to contact Nadalon Emanuele.
The data, written in the online form and then acquired by Nadalon Emanuele, will be processed by Nadalon Emanuele only to process and /or manage your request and will be deleted at the end of processing operations needed to return your request.2) COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DETAILS.
Personal details will be collected and treated by Nadalon Emanuele for the purposes listed in the previous point n. 1) both manually and with aid of electronic means, or however automated, including - in compliance with limits and conditions of art. 11 of the legislative decree. n. 196/2003 and GDPR - all the operations, or series of operations, provided for by this decree under the term “treatment”.3) HOLDER, MANAGER AND APPOINTED CATEGORIES FOR PERSONAL DETAILS PROCESSING
The holder and in charge of Details treatment is Nadalon Emanuele, with its registered venue in Via Pradat Molani, 22- 33082 Azzano Decimo (PN), Italy.
Details can be processed by the collaborators of Nadalon Emanuele operating under the direct authority of the holder and have been appointed in charge of treatment in accordance with art. 30 of the Privacy Code and have received in this respect, adequate operating instructions.
4) CATEGORIES OF THIRD PARTIES TO WHOM THE DETAILS MAY BE COMMUNICATED AS SELF-HOLDERS OR MAY FIND OUT ABOUT DETAILS AS MANAGERS OR PERSONS IN CHARGE.
In addition to Nadalon Emanuele collaborators, some processing operations may be also performed by third parties, to which Nadalon Emanuele may delegate certain activities (or some parts of them) essential for the services provision and in order to pursue the aim mentioned in point 1). In such cases, the subjects will operate as self-holders or will be designated as Managers or Persons in charge. The Company will issue adequate operating instructions to Managers or Persons in charge, with specific reference to the minimum safety measures, in order to ensure confidentiality and details security.
The above mentioned third parties are essentially members of the following categories: (A) people to whom the holder may entrust the task of forwarding informations; (B) people to whom the holder may entrust the activities of support, information, advertising, promotions; (C) Advisory services; (D) judicial authority, administrative authority or any other public entity entitled to request details, when required by law; (E) television producers; (F) broadcasting company; (G) event organizers.
5) PEOPLE CONCERNED’S RIGHTS AND RUNNING METHODS.
According to art. 7 of Decree n. 196/2003 and GDPR, we remember that You have the right to access your details whenever you want and according to the same art. 7 you have the right to obtain:
a) confirmation of the existence or not of P.D and its communication in an intelligible form;
b) information about P.D;
c) the updating, correction or – if applicable – the integration of P.D;
d) cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the block of Details dealt with in transgression of the law, including those conservation is not required for, regarding the pourposes Details have been collected for or subsequently dealt with;
e) the declaration that operations listed in the above-mentioned letters c) and d) have been brought to knowledge, even as far as their content, of those people to whom the Details has been communicated or diffused to, excepting the event this fulfilment is impossible or involves an employment of means evidently out of proportions regarding the protected right.
Always according to art. 7 of the mentioned decree and GDPR, You have also the right to object, entirely or partially:
a) to Details treatment for legitimate reasons, even if pertaining the pourposes of details collection;
b) to Details treatment for the sending of advertising stuffs or direct selling or the fulfillment of market researches or trade communication.

The rights expressed with letters a) and b) could be exercised even by means of oral request.
